Many people in Dong Nai receive pensions and social insurance benefits and are given 2.2 million VND in Tet gifts

The People's Council of Dong Nai province, term X, 8th Session, passed Resolution 26/2025/NQ-HDND stipulating the subjects and support levels during the Lunar New Year 2026 in the province.

Pursuant to Point r, Clause 2, Article 3 of Resolution 26/2025/NQ-HDND, the support level for the Lunar New Year 2026 is stipulated as follows:

Specific level of support for each subject:

1. The level of 10,000,000 VND/person is to support comrades who participated in the revolution before the August Revolution in 1945.

2. The level of VND 1,200,000/person (or VND 1,200,000/household) supports the following subjects:

r) Pensioners and regular monthly social insurance beneficiaries. In particular, comrades who are former Directors of Departments and equivalent or more who have retired but are not members of the Provincial Party Committee, Heads of public service units under the Provincial People's Committee; Chairmen of Board members, Chairmen of companies, General Directors (or Directors) of one-member Limited Liability companies with 100% or more State capital held by the State are parent companies of state-owned economic groups, parent companies of state-owned corporations, parent companies in the group of parent companies - subsidiaries; One-member limited liability companies are companies with 100% state capital held by the State, representatives of state capital at enterprises with state capital holding 50% or more of charter capital holding the position of Chairman of the Board of Members (or Chairman of the Board of Directors), General Director (or General Director) of state-owned enterprises, state-owned enterprises, capital-owned enterprises, or units with an equivalent of 1,000,000 VND or more;

Thus, during the Lunar New Year 2026, Binh Ngo will give gifts at the rate of VND 1,200,000/person (or VND 1,200,000/household) and will be supported with 01 additional gift equivalent to VND 1,000,000 (total of VND 2,200,000) to pensioners and regular monthly social insurance beneficiaries in the following cases:

- Comrades who are former Directors of Departments and equivalent or more who have retired but are not members of the Provincial Party Committee or Heads of public service units under the Provincial People's Committee;

- Chairman of the Board of Members, Chairman of the Company, General Director (or Director) of one-member limited liability companies with 100% state capital are parent companies of state-owned economic groups, parent companies of state-owned corporations, parent companies in the group of parent companies - subsidiaries;

- One-member Limited Liability companies are independent companies with 100% state capital, representatives of state capital in enterprises with 50% or more state capital to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Members (or Chairman of the Board of Directors), General Director (or Director) of state-owned enterprises under the province, Director of the Provincial Development Investment Fund who have retired or have quit due to requirements for reorganization of the organization and apparatus of agencies and units (over 55 years old).
