HCMC - The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee requires absolutely not to use public funds or public assets to give or present Tet gifts to leaders at all levels in any form.
The above direction was clearly stated by the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee when thoroughly implementing Directive 55-CT/TW of the Secretariat on organizing Binh Ngo 2026 Tet.

Along with that, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee requested to strengthen security and order during the Tet holiday; proactively prevent, detect and suppress all types of criminal offenses, high-tech crimes, robberies, theft of property and social evils that often increase at the end of the year.
The management and use of fireworks must also be strictly implemented, determined not to let illegal production, trading and use cause insecurity and safety.
