Tomorrow, the National Assembly Standing Committee will give its opinion on amending the Constitution
The National Assembly Standing Committee will give its opinion on the proposal to amend and supplement a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution, along with many other important contents.
Information from the National Assembly Office said that tomorrow (October 14), the 44th session of the National Assembly Standing Committee will officially open.
According to the meeting agenda, in the morning, the Secretary General of the National Assembly stated the reasons and introduced the delegates. Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man delivered the opening speech at the meeting.
Here, the National Assembly Standing Committee gave its opinion on the draft Law on Atomic Energy (amended). At the same time, give opinions on the Report on the results of monitoring the settlement and response to voters' recommendations sent to the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly; consider the report on the National Assembly's petition work in March 2025.
On the same day, the National Assembly Standing Committee reviewed and approved the resolution of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of administrative units (replacing Resolution No. 35/2023/UBTVQH15 on the arrangement of district and commune-level administrative units for the period 2023 - 2030).
In addition, the National Assembly Standing Committee also gave opinions on the proposal for amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution; established a draft committee to amend and supplement a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution; and collected public opinions on the draft amendment and supplement to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution.
The 44th session of the National Assembly Standing Committee will be held in 2 sessions, of which the first session will take place from April 14 to 17 (only from April 18 to 21); the second session from April 22 to 28.
