115 private enterprises have an average bonus of nearly VND9 million/person; the highest is VND120 million; the lowest is VND300,000.
140 foreign-invested enterprises have an average bonus of more than 7 million VND/person; the highest is 136.7 million VND; the lowest is 300,000 VND.
On the occasion of New Year's Day 2026, 21,18 enterprises in Thai Nguyen will give Tet bonuses to employees.
Of which, 2 LLCs with 100% state capital have an average bonus of nearly 2.7 million VND/person.
8 companies with controlling shares and capital contributions from the State with an average bonus of more than 6 million VND/person.
73 private enterprises have an average bonus of nearly 800,000 VND/person; 135 foreign-invested enterprises have an average bonus of nearly 700,000 VND/person, the highest is 25 million VND/person, the lowest is 100,000 VND/person.
Also in 2025, the average salary of workers in Thai Nguyen will be 10.6 million VND; the highest is 310 million VND; the lowest is 4 million VND.
