"This year, the company gives a Tet bonus of 2.4 months of basic salary (basic salary plus allowances). The 2025 Tet bonus is 2 months of basic salary, so this year's Tet bonus increased by 0.4 months' salary. This bonus is the company's gratitude to employees who have joined hands with the enterprise to complete the production and business plan" - Ms. Pham Thi Tuyet Nhung shared.
In addition, the company also decided to increase the basic salary for employees, depending on the employee's qualifications, the lowest increase is 350,000 VND/person/month. Currently, the lowest basic salary for new employees is 6.155 million VND/month.
On this occasion, the company also increased subsidies for employees such as: Administration allowance of VND 50,000/child, and Administration for employees working in an environment without a refrigerator of VND 100,000/person/month. The Trade Union is continuing to negotiate so that the company can increase the value of shift meals.
Ms. Pham Thi Tuyet Nhung added that during the Lunar New Year, the Trade Union also gave gifts to 6,700 union members (each worth 300,000 VND). The Trade Union proposed and the company agreed to organize 6 sleeper bus trips to take workers home for Tet. The company's employees will be given 100% free bus tickets to return home.
26 billion VND Lunar New Year bonus

The company also has many welfare programs to increase income for employees and announce Tet bonuses early, so we are also assured of working."
The Trade Union of Cua It A Chau Technology Company Limited said that this year, the company will allocate 26 billion VND to pay for Tet bonuses. Tet bonuses are calculated based on seniority, job position and efficiency in production and business. On average, workers are rewarded from 6 to 14 million VND, and workers who have been with the company for 7 years or more are rewarded with 16-18 million VND. For technical staff, depending on the time they hold the position, they will be rewarded from 18 million VND to 22 million VND. The employee who is the team leader will be rewarded from 35 million VND to 70 million VND.
In addition to the Tet bonus, the company also rewards the completion of work and organizes the New Year's celebration with a draw of cash prizes for more than 1,300 workers, said the company representative.
