A company increases Tet bonuses and salaries for 6,700 workers in Ho Chi Minh City

On January 12, the Trade Union of Yazaki EDS Vietnam Co., Ltd. (a car electrical wiring manufacturing enterprise, invested in Japan, with a factory in Di An ward and a factory in Ben Cat ward, Ho Chi Minh City) said that the company has a plan to give Tet bonuses to union members in 2026.

This year, the company will give employees a Tet bonus of 2.4 months' basic salary. The 2025 Tet bonus is 2 months of basic salary, so this year's Tet bonus increased by 0.4 months' salary. This bonus is the company's gratitude to employees who have joined the enterprise in completing the production and business plan.

In addition, at the beginning of the year, the company also decided to increase the basic salary for employees. The basic salary increase is calculated according to each level of the employee, the lowest increase is 350,000 VND/person/month. Currently, the lowest basic salary for new employees is 6.155 million VND/month.

In addition, on this occasion, the company decided to increase some subsidies for employees, such as: childcare allowance of VND 50,000/child, allowance for employees working in an environment without a refrigerator of VND 100,000/person/month...

Ms. Pham Thi Tuyet Nhung - Chairwoman of the company's Trade Union said that during the Lunar New Year, the Trade Union gave gifts to 6,700 union members, each person a gift worth 300,000 VND. In addition, the Trade Union continues to carry out activities to care for union members in difficult circumstances during Tet.
