PouYuen Vietnam Company announces Tet bonuses in 2026

A source from Lao Dong Newspaper said that on the afternoon of January 10, PouYuen Vietnam Company (located in Tan Tao Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) announced the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year bonus in 2026 for employees working at the company.

Accordingly, the Tet bonus is calculated based on seniority. People who have worked for 1 year or more but have not worked for 2 years will be awarded 1 month's salary.

People who have worked for 2 years or more but have not worked for 3 years will be awarded 1.2 months' salary.

People who have worked for 3 years or more but have not worked for 5 years will be awarded 1.4 months' salary.

People who have worked for 5 years or more but have not worked for 7 years will be awarded 1.6 months' salary.

People who have worked for 7 years or more but less than 10 years will be awarded 1.9 months' salary.

People who have worked for 10 years or more but have not worked for 12 years will receive a bonus of 2.1 months' salary.

And those who have worked for 12 years or more will receive a bonus of 2.2 months' salary.

For those who have worked for less than 1 year, the bonus will be calculated based on the actual number of months worked.

The salary to calculate the bonus is the December 2025 labor contract salary, including basic salary plus salary for heavy and toxic work, work allowance, professional allowance, special allowance (if any).

According to this announcement, employees will receive bonuses if they sign a labor contract and continue to work at the company until December 31, 2025.

In case the employee has a labor contract until December 31, 2025 but is unlicensed on this last working day, he/she will not be compensated.

Currently, PouuenY Vietnam Company has about 40,800 employees.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, PouYuen Vietnam Company spent about 750 billion VND to give Tet bonuses to about 39,500 employees of the company.
