A company gives a Tet bonus of 1 month's salary and gives gold to people with seniority
Dong Nai - New Apparel Far Eastern Vietnam Co., Ltd. rewards employees with a month's salary for Tet, in addition to seniority bonuses.
On January 7, the Trade Union of New Apparel Far Eastern Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park, Dong Phu Commune, Dong Nai Province) announced that the company has announced the 2026 Tet bonuses for employees.
Accordingly, this year, New Apparel Far Eastern Vietnam Co., Ltd. decided to give each employee a Tet bonus equal to one month's salary stated on the contract plus allowances.
In addition, the company also rewards employees based on seniority. Specifically, employees with a working period of 1 year or more will receive an additional bonus of 1.2 million VND; from 2 years is 1.8 million VND; from 3 years is 2.4 million VND; over 5 years is 3 million VND and over 10 years is 3.6 million VND.
For officers and employees with 15 years of service or more, they will be rewarded with an additional 1 tael of gold. The 2026 Tet bonus will be on February 10, 2026.
In addition, the company will give each employee a yearly bonus of VND 100,000, paid on January 10. On the first day of work after Tet, the company will also give each person a lucky draw of 100,000 VND.
The Trade Union of New Apparel Far Eastern Vietnam Co., Ltd. said that the Trade Union also gave each union member a Tet gift worth 350,000 VND. The unit also coordinated to organize activities to care for Tet for union members in difficult circumstances.
