The highest Tet bonus of 2.2 months' salary at a 14,000-employee shoe company
Dong Nai - The 2026 Tet bonus at Pou Chen Vietnam Co., Ltd., Bien Hoa ward, is the highest at 2.2 months' salary.
On January 11, Pou Chen Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bien Hoa ward, Dong Nai province) announced the 2026 Tet bonus for employees.
Accordingly, the Company's Board of Directors agreed with the Executive Board of the Trade Union to announce the Tet bonus for employees from 1 to 2.2 months' salary, depending on seniority.
In which, employees who have been in the factory for 1 year or less to 2 years will receive a Tet bonus of 1 month's salary; employees who have been in the factory for 12 years or more will receive a Tet bonus of 2.2 months' salary.
The prize is awarded on February 6, 2026.
Pou Chen Vietnam Co., Ltd., specializing in exported shoe production, has nearly 14,000 employees.
Previously, Pou Sung Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Pou Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bau Xeo Industrial Park, An Vien Commune, Dong Nai Province) also announced the Tet bonus for employees from 1 to 2.2 months' salary, depending on seniority.
Pou Sung Vietnam Co., Ltd. has about 17,000 employees, Pou Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. has about 3,200 employees. Both companies specialize in exporting sports shoes.
