Dong Nai - The highest Tet bonus for employees is 2.2 months' salary at Pou Sung Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Pou Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd.
On January 10, Pou Sung Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bau Xeo Industrial Park, An Vien Commune, Dong Nai Province) announced the Tet bonus for employees.
According to the announcement, in order to recognize the contributions and dedication of the collective of cadres, employees and employees, after consulting with the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, the Board of Directors of the company decided to give employees a Tet bonus of 1 - 2.2 months' salary, depending on seniority.
In which, employees with a working period of 1 year to less than 2 years will receive a Tet bonus of 1 month's salary; employees with a working period of 12 years or more will receive a Tet bonus of 2.2 months' salary.

Pou Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise specializing in shoe production for Adidas and Asics brands, with 3,200 union members, accounting for 100% of the total number of employees.
