Long Bien leases nearly 13,000m2 of land along the Duong River dike, priced from 525 million VND/year

The Long Bien District Land Fund Development Center has just announced publicly to select short-term land lease subjects for the land plot at VT-12 land plot, Phuc Loi ward to implement the plan to gather, transit and treat solid waste recycling in Long Bien district.

Accordingly, the land plot marked VT-12 is located outside the beach, 20m from the corridor of the Duong River dike, ensuring a minimum safety distance of 20m towards the river. The plot of land has an area of 12,785.3m2.

Current status, unused land, no construction works on the land.

The purpose of leasing is to implement the plan to gather, transit and recycle construction solid waste in Long Bien district. The expected lease term is 5 years; the starting price for land lease is 41,010 VND/m2/year ( Thus, the starting price is 524.3 million VND/year).

Organizations and units registering to participate in land lease must have a registration in the field of solid waste recycling business; have financial capacity and experience in the field of waste recycling treatment.

After being selected for lease, the unit must pay a deposit not lower than 20% of the total land rental value according to the proposed unit price. The unit selected to lease land is not allowed to build solid works and must voluntarily commit to dismantling the works when notified by the land development organization about the termination of the contract, and not be compensated for land, assets and investment costs in the land. The person selected to lease the land must pay a deposit for the responsibility of demolishing the project.

Organizations that want to participate will come to receive invitations to participate and submit their applications to the Long Bien District Land Fund Development Center. Within 5 working days from the deadline for posting the public announcement information, the Long Bien District Land Fund Development Center will notify the selected leasing unit (the unit with the application for land lease and the highest rental price proposal) to agree on the conditions and content to sign the contract.

After 3 times of sending a written or phone notice to the selected renter that the selected renter does not contact the Long Bien District Land Fund Development Center to unify the conditions and content of the contract signing or the selected renter is not in accordance with the conditions and content of the contract, the Long Bien District Land Fund Development Center will make a public announcement to select another renter.
