Party and State leaders pay respects to President Ho Chi Minh on the 96th anniversary of the Party's founding
The delegation of leaders and former leaders of the Party and State, along with representatives of central ministries and sectors, laid wreaths and visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.
Commemorating the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026), on the morning of February 3, the delegation of the Party Central Committee, the National Assembly, the President, the Government, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front laid wreaths and visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.


Attending the memorial service were General Secretary To Lam; President Luong Cuong; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; Member of the Politburo, Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man; Member of the Politburo, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu; Member of the Politburo, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Bui Thi Minh Hoai.
Also attending the funeral were members of the Politburo, former members of the Politburo, members of the Secretariat, former members of the Secretariat, members of the Party Central Committee; representatives of central ministries and branches and Hanoi City.

With boundless gratitude, the delegation of leaders and former leaders of the Party and State expressed their sincere remembrance of the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the great leader, the beloved teacher of our Party and nation. He sacrificed his whole life for the cause of national liberation, national reunification, building an independent and unified Vietnamese Fatherland, advancing towards socialism.
The delegation's wreath bears the words "Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh".
The 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam is also the time for the whole country to celebrate the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The Congress is an event of historical significance, demonstrating the strategic vision and high political determination of the Party, State and people of Vietnam in bringing the country into the era of national rise.
The success of the Congress has brought great faith and expectations to the entire nation. Under the leadership of the Party, the entire people, and our entire army are determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th Congress, for a peaceful, independent, democratic, prosperous, civilized, and happy Vietnam.


Following that, the delegation of leaders and former leaders of the Party and State came to lay wreaths and offer incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Monument to the heroic martyrs on Bac Son Street, Hanoi.
The delegation respectfully bowed to commemorate the outstanding children of the nation who spared no blood and bones, bravely fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people.
The delegation's wreath bears the words "Forever grateful to heroic martyrs".

On the same morning, delegations: Central Military Commission and Ministry of National Defense; Central Public Security Party Committee and Ministry of Public Security; City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Hanoi City... came to lay wreaths, visit President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum; lay wreaths, commemorate heroic martyrs.
