State President offers incense to commemorate former Party and State leaders

On the eve of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 and the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Party (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026), on the morning of January 30, President Luong Cuong visited, wished Tet to his family and respectfully offered incense to commemorate General Secretary Le Kha Phieu, General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, President Tran Duc Luong and President Tran Dai Quang.

Sincerely offering incense, President Luong Cuong expressed his gratitude for the great contributions of Comrade Le Kha Phieu to the Party, State, Army and people.

Throughout his revolutionary life, in any working position, Comrade Le Kha Phieu always excellently fulfilled his responsibilities before the Party, State and people, always maintaining the integrity of a communist soldier.

As one of the highest leaders of the Party in each difficult and challenging period, Comrade Le Kha Phieu always upholds pioneering and exemplary nature and maintains solidarity and unity within the Party; always puts the interests of the Party, the country and the people first and foremost; is respected by comrades, compatriots, and international friends.

Touched by burning incense to commemorate General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, President Luong Cuong expressed his deep gratitude for the great contributions of the comrade to the revolutionary cause, as well as the cause of building and developing the country.

General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong is a particularly outstanding leader, a bright example of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, a staunch communist party member with great prestige of the Party, State, and people of our country, fully embodied the qualities, talents, bravery, and intelligence of the generation of Vietnamese leaders in the renovation period.

Throughout his life, comrade Nguyen Phu Trong has persistently contributed to the revolutionary cause of the Party and our nation with a steel spirit and will, not backing down in the face of obstacles and difficulties; bringing all the spirit of responsibility, revolutionary enthusiasm, working to the last breath, wholeheartedly, wholeheartedly, dedicated to the Party, to the country, to the people; affirming a great personality, living a lifetime for the country, for the Party, for the people.

President Luong Cuong also came to offer incense and express gratitude to former President Tran Duc Luong, who made important contributions to building and developing a socialist-oriented market economy; successfully implementing the foreign policy of expanding, diversifying, and multilateralizing in all fields, actively and proactively integrating regional and international economies, opening up great opportunities for the country's development; strengthening national defense and security potential, maintaining political and social stability; enhancing Vietnam's role, position, and prestige, making positive contributions to peace and stability in the region and in the world.

Visiting and wishing Tet to his family and lighting incense sticks, President Luong Cuong remembered and expressed his gratitude to President Tran Dai Quang, one of the key leaders of the Party and State, always upholding the spirit of responsibility, organizational awareness, exemplary and maintaining the solidarity and unity of the Party.
