Lang Son - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan to implement non-stop electronic fee collection at bus stations and parking lots in urban areas from 2026.
On January 20, according to information from the People's Committee of Lang Son province, the unit has just issued a plan to implement non-stop electronic fee collection at bus stations and parking lots in urban areas.
According to the plan, the subjects of application are all bus stations and parking lots in urban areas in the province. The collection of electronic fees is not stopped and is being implemented according to the roadmap for the 2026-2030 period, aiming to reduce congestion, limit cash transactions and increase transparency in management.
The province will review and develop progress on equipment installation and operation of non-stop electronic toll collection systems at bus stations in urban areas.
In particular, all type 1 bus stations must be completed before December 31, 2026; type 2 bus stations must be completed before December 31, 2027.
For urban parking lots and points, the expansion will be studied, reviewed and strived to be completed before December 31, 2030.
