Lam Dong completes administrative procedure control unit
Lam Dong - The Provincial People's Committee has just completed the team of cadres and civil servants as units performing the task of controlling provincial-level administrative procedures.
On April 13, the Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued a decision to complete the team of cadres and civil servants as units performing the task of controlling administrative procedures in the province.
According to the decision, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tan - Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee was assigned to be the Head of the Provincial Administrative Procedure Control Team.
The Deputy Head of the team is Mr. Nguyen Huu Tuan - Deputy Director of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center. The group has a total of 23 members.
At the district level, the Chief of the Office of the People's Council and the People's Committee is the Head of the administrative procedure control unit system. At the commune level, a leader of the commune-level People's Committee assumes the role of Team Leader.
These working groups are responsible for implementing control, reforming administrative procedures and organizing the implementation of the one-stop mechanism at the provincial, district and commune levels.
The members operate in a concurrent form as units to deploy administrative procedure control work in the locality and are responsible to the leaders according to Government regulations.
