Commemorating the 80th anniversary of the first general election to elect the National Assembly of Vietnam

It is expected that General Secretary To Lam and leaders and former leaders of the Party and State will attend the Commemoration Ceremony.

This is a national celebration, aiming to widely promote the great historical and political significance of the first general election to elect the National Assembly of Vietnam; affirming the role, position and important contributions of the National Assembly in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

This is also an event of important political significance, contributing to the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army reviewing the glorious historical tradition of the Vietnamese National Assembly throughout the 20-year journey of attachment and companionship with the nation; at the same time, honoring and expressing gratitude for the great contributions and gifts of National Assembly deputies through the ages.

At the same time, promote propaganda and education on the morality of "Remembering the source of drinking water", encourage and motivate cadres, party members and people to join hands, wholeheartedly uphold the will, determination to protect the Party's ideological foundation and comply with the State's laws;

Building a National Assembly truly to represent the People, the People, the People and the People, contributing to maintaining the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Fatherland and a peaceful and stable environment for national development;

foster and enhance awareness and pride in the historical traditions of the Vietnamese National Assembly; at the same time, increase the introduction and promotion of the image of the Vietnamese National Assembly to international friends.

After 80 years of construction and development, the National Assembly of Vietnam has always accompanied the nation, affirming its especially important role in the turning points of history.

In any circumstances, the National Assembly always fulfills its noble mission, converging its intelligence, solidarity, and democracy with accurate and timely decisions and decisions in all three aspects of the legislative process, supreme supervision, and decision on important issues of the country.

Those decisions and policies contribute to the efforts of the entire Party, people and army to achieve great achievements of historical significance so that our country can have the potential, position and international prestige as it is today.
