Hung Yen - Vu Thu commune started construction of a road worth more than 380 billion VND connecting the S1 bypass with Provincial Road 454.

Towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, on January 14, Vu Thu commune, Hung Yen province held a groundbreaking ceremony for road No. 2 extending the section from S1 bypass to provincial road 454.

The project to build Road No. 2 extending the section from S1 bypass to Provincial Road 454 in the area of Minh Lang commune (old) now Thu Tri commune was approved by the People's Committee of Vu Thu district (old) under Decision No. 3375/QD-UBND dated June 10, 2024 and adjusted under Decision No. 1107/QD-UBND dated September 17, 2025 with a total investment of more than 380 billion VND.

The project belongs to group B, a level II traffic project invested by the People's Committee of Vu Thu commune.

The route is 3,320m long, with a cross-section width of 34m, of which the road surface is 21m wide with the starting point from the S1 bypass at Km90+340 in Vu Thu commune, the end point of the route intersects with Provincial Road 454 at Km19+580 in Thu Tri commune.

According to the design of the route, the route is planned synchronously, with modern infrastructure and beautiful landscapes.
