Hai Phong - On January 16, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision on the work of the Hong Bang Ward Party Committee.
According to the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, member of the City Party Committee, Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee, was assigned, transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Hong Bang Ward Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.
Speaking at the ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Do Manh Hien emphasized that Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan is a capable, well-trained cadre with a lot of experience in the field of Party building. At the same time, he requested that Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, in his new position, and the ward's leadership, immediately start leading and directing the implementation of socio-economic development tasks from the first days and months of 2026. In the immediate future, it is necessary to focus on preparing for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels, term 2026 - 2031, contributing to building Hong Bang to become one of the leading wards in innovation and a driving force for socio-economic development of the city.
On the same day, the Hoa Binh Ward Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work. Accordingly, Mr. Ngo Duy Lan, an expert of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Binh Ward, holds the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the Hoa Binh Ward Party Committee, with a term of appointment of 5 years.
On this occasion, Hop Tien commune also announced the Decision of the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee on appointing Ms. Le Thi Huong Giang - Deputy Director of the Commune Public Administration Service Center to hold the position of Director of the Hop Tien Commune Public Administration Service Center.
Chan Hung commune also announced the decisions to appoint Ms. Pham Thi Hang to the position of Deputy Head of the Commune's Department of Culture and Social Affairs; Ms. Doan Thi Net to the position of Deputy Director of the Chan Hung Commune Public Administration Service Center.
