Hai Phong City People's Committee Party Committee transfers 15 grassroots party committees
Hai Phong - The Party Committee of the City People's Committee held a conference to transfer the Party organization in affiliated state-owned enterprises.
The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee decided to transfer 15 grassroots party committees with 4,582 party members currently under the City People's Committee Party Committee to the Party Committees of communes and wards.
Accordingly, the Hai Phong Telecommunications Party Committee with 580 Party members will be directly under the Hai An Ward Party Committee. The Party Committee of Petrolimex Hai Phong One Member Co., Ltd. with 405 Party members, the Party Committee of Hai Phong Power Company with 1,728 Party members, the Party Committee of Hai Phong Urban Environment One Member Co., Ltd. with 341 Party members, the Party Committee of Hai Phong Drainage One Member Co., Ltd. with 182 Party members, the Party Committee of Hai Phong Lighting Joint Stock Company with 67 Party members, the Party Committee of Hai Phong Water Supply Joint Stock Company with 389 Party members will be under the Party Committee of Hong Bang Ward. The Party Committee of Hai Phong Green Park Joint Stock Company with 68 Party members will be directly under the Gia Vien Ward Party Committee. The Party Committee of Hai Phong Public Works and Tourism Services Joint Stock Company with 93 Party members will be directly under the Do Son Ward Party Committee. The Party Committee of Hai Phong Public Works and Construction Joint Stock Company with 126 Party members will be directly under the Phu Lien Ward Party Committee.
The Party Committee of Hai Duong Irrigation Works Exploitation Company Limited with 51 Party members will be directly under the Party Committee of Viet Hoa Ward. The Party Committee of Hai Duong Clean Water Trading Joint Stock Company with 341 Party members, the Party Committee of Hai Duong Lottery One Member Co., Ltd. with 45 Party members will be directly under the Hai Duong Ward Party Committee. The Party Committee of Bac Hung Hai Irrigation Works Exploitation Company Limited with 67 Party members will be directly under the Party Committee of Le Thanh Nghi Ward. The Party Committee of Hai Duong Clean Water and Rural Sanitation Joint Stock Company with 99 Party members will be directly under the Thanh Dong Ward Party Committee.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Hong Vinh, Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee, stated that the transfer of Party organizations and Party members from the City People's Committee Party Committee to the Party Committees of communes and wards demonstrates the seriousness and timeliness of the City Party Committee in implementing the Central Committee's policy on reorganizing and perfecting the Party organization associated with the requirement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of leadership and management at the grassroots level; at the same time, it is a practical work for Party building and building the city's political system in the new period.
To ensure the transfer is in accordance with regulations, the Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee requested the City People's Committee Party Committee to direct the completion of the handover in accordance with the decision; closely coordinate with the Party Committees of communes and wards to agree on a plan to handle the contents related to party members' records, party fees, cadre work, inspection and supervision to ensure uninterrupted activities of the Party organization.
For the Party Committees of communes and wards to receive, manage and lead newly transferred Party organizations and Party members with the highest sense of responsibility; consider this an important task in Party building at the grassroots level; at the same time, create favorable conditions for Party organizations to promote traditions and actively contribute to local socio-economic development.
The transferred party organizations fully grasp the policies, strictly comply with the decisions of competent authorities; continue to maintain internal solidarity, uphold the principles of party organization and activities; uphold the spirit of exemplary responsibility in performing political tasks; "go wherever, be stable; be stable as much as possible, improve quality as possible", to organize effective activities.
