Hanoi plans to spend more than VND87,000 billion to build 25 more theme parks
Hanoi - The city plans to build 25 theme parks of over 2,000 hectares with a total investment of more than VND87,645 billion.
In the Draft Project on Management and Development of Trees, Parks, Flowery Parks, and Water Surfaces in the City, the Hanoi People's Committee said that in Hanoi, there are 4 theme parks: Bach Thao Park, Hanoi Zoo, Water Park, and Bao Son Paradise Park.
Bach Thao Park covers an area of 12.5 hectares, with historical and cultural value, a green space in the central area of Ba Dinh with diverse vegetation.
Thu Le Park covers an area of 21.9 hectares, with conservation value, with hundreds of animals including rare species.
Water Park has an area of 3.5 hectares.
Bao Son Paradise Park with an area of about 14 hectares is a diverse entertainment park combined with culture and eco-tourism.
The 4 theme parks of Hanoi have comprehensive ecological, cultural, social and economic values, and are important highlights in the urban space. They are both a place to preserve cultural memories and an entertainment - education - tourism destination, contributing to affirming Hanoi as a green - civilized - civilized - modern city.
The City People's Committee said that new urban areas and suburban districts are still lacking large-scale thematic parks.
From the above situation, the city plans to build 25 more theme parks with a total area of 2,137.5 hectares by 2030. The total investment to build these 25 parks is more than VND 87,645 billion.

- Green sports park combined with city publicity (Phuc Thinh commune)

- Urban green park level 1-2 (Quoc Oai commune)
- Urban green park of zone 2B-3 (Quoc Oai commune)
- Tan Lap Park, Tay Tuu (O Dien Commune)
- Pharmaceutical market park, regulating lake and service (Phu Dong commune)
- Regulating lake park, cultural and sports, public services and new urban residential area (Phu Dong commune)
- Sports green area 3 (Thu Lam commune)

- Phu Dong Historical and Cultural Park (Phu Dong Commune)
- Trau Quy Urban Functional Park (Gia Lam Commune)
