Hanoi adjusts traffic organization at To Huu - Khuat Duy Tien intersection
Hanoi - The Department of Construction has just announced the pilot adjustment of traffic organization at the To Huu - Le Van Luong - Khuat Duy Tien intersection (Thanh Xuan district).
Accordingly, vehicles from Khuat Duy Tien Street to Pham Hung are allowed to turn left onto To Huu Street. Allow vehicles from Khuat Duy Tien Street to Nguyen Xien to turn left onto Le Van Luong Street.
The pilot implementation period starts from April 12 to May 12.
The Department of Construction assigned the Traffic Infrastructure Maintenance Board to implement the work of adjusting and supplementing the traffic safety system at the intersection area, including: road signs, painting road markings... according to the approved traffic organization plan. Monitor and evaluate the traffic situation on the route and area to promptly detect inadequacies and propose appropriate adjustments to the traffic organization plan.
The Inspectorate of the Department of Construction arranged forces to coordinate with the Traffic Police and related units to organize guidance for vehicles to circulate according to the pilot plan to adjust traffic organization.
The Department of Construction requested the Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police to coordinate with the Hanoi Department of Construction Inspectorate to guide traffic flow for vehicles participating in traffic to ensure traffic safety and avoid traffic congestion. Strengthen inspection and handling of violations of traffic safety and order and urban order.
Request Thanh Xuan District People's Committee to organize inspections and handle violations of traffic safety and order, encroachment on sidewalks and roads for business purposes, illegal parking causing traffic insecurity and traffic congestion on roads around the intersection.
