Of which, total revenue from taxes and fees (excluding land use fees, dividends and lottery) reached VND 15,312.5 billion. Land use fees alone collected VND 11,979.6 billion, reaching 158.7% of the central budget estimate, up 41.4% over the same period.

Notably, 2025 is the year with the highest excess of the estimate in the period of 2021 - 2025. Total domestic revenue of the whole province exceeded the central budget estimate by 40.2%, an absolute surplus of nearly VND 8,000 billion, contributing to creating resources to balance local budget expenditures, ensuring stable socio-economic development and national defense - security.

Entering 2026, with many new, modern and technological tax policies and laws and tax management, the Tax Department of Region XIV will strengthen the detection, prevention and prevention of illegal trading and use of electronic invoices; promote the fight against fraud and tax evasion, towards ensuring fairness in tax compliance of the business community.

Along with that, the 14th Tax Department will focus on effectively exploiting the remaining sources of revenue in the province such as construction, minerals, e-commerce, transportation, petroleum, accommodation, etc. to ensure sustainable revenue for the budget.

According to the Tax Department of Region XIV, the renewable energy sector is currently contributing a significant part to the total domestic revenue managed by the tax sector. On average, hydropower and renewable energy projects bring about VND900 billion to the provincial budget each year, accounting for about 16% of total budget revenue.

With stable characteristics and large contributions, renewable energy revenue is expected to continue to grow in the coming years, contributing to creating a sustainable financial foundation for the locality.

Currently, Gia Lai has over 16 wind power projects with a total investment of over VND43,197 billion. It is estimated that each MW of wind power contributes about 550 million VND/year to the budget.
