Dien Bien adds over 80 billion VND to support people who quit their jobs due to streamlining
Dien Bien - The province has just added over 80 billion VND to implement policies under Decree 177, Decree 178 and Decree 67.
Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee Le Thanh Do has just signed a decision to supplement the 2025 budget expenditure estimate for units to implement policies according to Decree No. 177/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government, Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government and Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP dated March 15, 2025 of the Government (phase I, II).
Accordingly, the total additional cost is 80.646 billion VND. The remaining salary reform source from 2024 to 2025 is 64.334 billion VND; the provincial budget social assurance expenditure (not yet allocated) is 16.312 billion VND.
According to the list of Dien Bien province, there are administrative blocks (56 people), party blocks (24 people) and public service blocks (11 people) who retire early according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP (phase I, II) in 2025.
2 people in the administrative and career sectors (7 people) immediately quit their jobs according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP (phase I, II) in 2025. A person belonging to a party or trade union group who retires early according to Decree No. 177/2024/ND-CP.
