Investing more than 90 billion VND in 14 projects in Phu Lien ward, Hai Phong

At the meeting, the Phu Lien Ward People's Council considered and decided on the 2026 Public Investment Plan of the ward. Accordingly, in 2026, the total public investment capital is 95,873,688,000 VND, including: 33,405,688,000 VND from the city budget to supplement targeted funds for the ward budget; 62,468,000,000 VND from land use fees regulating the ward budget. The ward People's Council decided to allocate 90,873,688,000 VND for 14 projects, equivalent to 54.75% of the total investment of the projects.

The Ward People's Council approved the estimate of revenue and expenditure of targeted supplementary funds from the city budget in 2025 (phase 2). The total estimate of revenue and expenditure is more than 25.799 billion VND.

Also at the meeting, the Ward People's Council additionally elected the title of Member of the Ward People's Committee term I, term 2021 - 2026 for Mr. Nguyen Dinh Nhu, Commander of the Ward Military Command.

Speaking at the closing of the session, Ms. Bui Thi Tuyet Mai - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Ward People's Council - requested the Ward People's Committee and relevant departments to urgently implement the resolutions that have been approved. People's Council delegates continue to promote their role and responsibility in building the Party and building the government; mobilize people to comply with the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws; actively participate in socio-economic development tasks, site clearance, and project implementation in the area.
