Dak Lak spreads effective security and order protection models

On January 15, the Steering Committee for Crime Prevention, Social Order and Building of the All-people Movement for National Security Protection of Dak Lak province held a conference to summarize the work of building the All-people Movement for National Security Protection in 2025.

The conference also summarized the special emulation movement among the forces participating in protecting security and order (ANTT) at the grassroots level and summarized 3 years of implementing Instruction No. 22 of the Ministry of Public Security.

In 2025, the movement of All People Protecting National Security in the province will continue to be widely and synchronously deployed and achieve many important results.

Recognize the responsibility of Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front, organizations, people... in crime prevention and control, ensuring security and order has many positive changes.

Many complicated incidents arising were detected and handled promptly right from the grassroots; crimes against social order decreased sharply compared to the same period in 2024.

Forces participating in security and order protection at the grassroots level continue to promote their effectiveness, especially in the work of preventing, combating and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters and floods.

Accordingly, the whole province has 3,683 residential areas, agencies, enterprises, and educational institutions at the commune level; 276 communes, wards, agencies, enterprises, and educational institutions at the provincial level are recognized as meeting the "Safety on security and order" standard.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Dao My - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of the Ministry of Public Security requested to continue to identify the movement of All People Protecting National Security as a key and regular task of the entire political system; promote the core role of the Public Security force and the self-awareness and active participation of the People.

At the same time, promote the work of propagating, disseminating and educating the law; focus on timely commendation and rewarding collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements; maintain and replicate effective models and research to build new models in accordance with requirements and tasks in the new situation.

Units continue to build forces participating in security and order protection at the grassroots level to ensure both quantity, quality and necessary conditions to successfully complete assigned tasks.

On this occasion, the Ministry of Public Security awarded the "Propaganda and Security Protection" Medal to 283 individuals; awarded Certificates of Merit to 7 collectives with outstanding achievements in the movement of All People Protecting National Security in 2025.
