The training course takes place over 5 days (from February 24 to February 28, 2025), focusing on equipping students with legal knowledge, professional processes and practical skills on driver testing.
The content includes topics on standards for assessors, procedures for organizing assessments, and practical instructions on public transport routes and roads.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, authorized by the CATP Board of Directors, Colonel Tran Dinh Nghia - Head of the Hanoi Traffic Police Department emphasized that receiving the task of testing and granting driving licenses places high requirements for the traffic police force in terms of professional qualifications and skills.
"Hanoi City Police have directed the organization of this training course to ensure that the team of officers are capable of performing their tasks objectively and seriously," Colonel Tran Dinh Nghia shared.

In addition to the theory part, students are also instructed in practicing testing skills on simulation devices, testing yards and public transport routes.
