Lam Dong Police complete house construction for people in Quang Trung Campaign
Lam Dong - The Provincial Police have completed the construction of 27 houses in the Quang Trung Campaign, helping households in flooded areas to soon stabilize their lives.
On January 8, Lam Dong Provincial Police organized the handover of 4 new houses built in the Quang Trung Campaign to households in D'ran commune, Lam Dong province.

The households whose houses were handed over include Mr. Dao Duy Lam, Mr. Nguyen Cong Hien, Mr. Thai Van Thinh and Mr. Do Ngoc Lam. These are all households whose houses were completely collapsed during the flood that occurred in November 2025.
During the Quang Trung Campaign, the Ministry of Public Security supported the construction of houses for 30 households whose houses collapsed due to natural disasters, with a total cost of 1.5 billion VND (50 million VND/household). Each newly built house is also supported by Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee with an additional 120 million VND.

In order for the families to complete the house construction soon, Lam Dong Provincial Police have assigned professional units including PC01, PC03, PC04, PC06 Departments and D'ran Commune Police to arrange forces and means to directly support the households.

Along with that, the local government also cares about and coordinates the implementation of many important tasks, contributing to helping the houses in the Quang Trung Campaign to be completed soon, ensuring progress and quality.
With the spirit of "When the people need it, when the people are in need of it, there is a police", under the direct direction of the Ministry of Public Security, and the close leadership of the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Lam Dong province, the Provincial Police quickly took action, synchronously deploying solutions to support people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

In a short time, with the efforts and determination of the Lam Dong Provincial Police force, along with the close coordination of local authorities and related forces, the new houses were completed, ensuring quality, safety and exceeding the set schedule, helping people soon stabilize their lives.
At the handover ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Van Dung - Deputy Director of Lam Dong Provincial Police sent congratulations to the families who received new houses; at the same time, emphasizing that D'ran commune is one of the localities that suffered heavy damage due to heavy rain in the past, causing many families to lose their homes and face many difficulties in life.

According to Colonel Nguyen Van Dung, to date, all 27 houses in the communes of Quang Lap, Duc Trong, Tan Ha Lam Ha, D'ran, Hiep Thanh, Ham Thuan Bac and Ham Thang ward in the Quang Trung Campaign taken up by Lam Dong Provincial Police have been completed.
It is expected that on January 9, the Provincial Police will continue to organize the handover of the last 27 houses, exceeding the set schedule.
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, natural disasters at the end of 2025 caused 41 houses in Lam Dong province to collapse, collapse, and be completely washed away, forcing them to rebuild; 84 other houses were severely damaged and needed to be repaired.
Faced with the urgent situation, Lam Dong province has deployed 2 phases of the Quang Trung Campaign, mobilizing the participation of the entire political system. The police and military forces quickly deployed the campaign in a spirit of speed and determination.
