Dak Nong Police simplify criminal record procedures

In recent days, many people have come to the Dak Nong Provincial Police Department to receive and return administrative results to carry out administrative procedures, including the issuance of Judicial Records.
Implementing the direction of the Ministry of Public Security and the leaders of the Provincial Police, the Professional records Department encourages people to use online public services.
Police officers instruct people to apply for Judicial Records via the VNeID application, helping the process to be processed quickly and effectively.
With this form, people can track the progress of processing documents from anywhere. If they need a paper copy, they can register to receive a Judicial Record Certificate sent home, saving time and travel expenses.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong (in Dak Song district) shared: It only takes a few minutes to complete the procedures on the VNeID application. I am very satisfied because the staff are enthusiastic, the procedures are quick, and it does not take much time to wait. Applying VNeID helps me save significantly in effort".
Similarly, Mr. Ho Van Duc (Dak R'lap district) said that in the past, issuing Judicial Records took a lot of time, even having to travel many times. Now, thanks to simpler procedures and being able to do them online, issuing votes has become much more convenient.
On March 6, Lieutenant Colonel Kim Thi Tuyet, Deputy Head of the Dak Nong Provincial Police Department's Professional records Department, said that the unit had proactively researched and advised on the plan to receive and return the results.
In addition, the unit also proposed upgrading facilities, equipment and adding human resources to better serve the people.
The police force also closely coordinates in the work of searching, verifying and providing information to ensure the process of issuing Judicial Records takes place quickly and smoothly.
Thanks to that, in recent days, the Dak Nong Provincial Police Department's Professional records Department has received and processed dozens of records for issuing Judicial Records, helping people complete procedures conveniently and in accordance with regulations.
Previously, from March 1, the task of State management of criminal records and issuance of Judicial Records was transferred from the Ministry of Justice to the Ministry of Public Security.
In Dak Nong, the police force quickly received and deployed new tasks, ensuring the process of issuing votes took place smoothly, meeting the needs of the people.
