Chairman of Bac Ninh urges the progress of a project worth nearly VND86,000 billion through the area
Bac Ninh - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the site clearance situation for the Ring Road 4 - Capital Region project through the province.
On April 13, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, inspected the situation of site clearance (GPMB) for residential land, demolition of houses, assets, and constructions on land belonging to the investment project to build Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region, the section passing through Bac Ninh province.
According to the report of the Traffic and Agricultural Project Management Board (investor), the Ring Road 4 project, the section passing through the province, has approved a compensation plan, GPMB reaches 98.945%; the remaining 3.945 hectares, occupying 1.055% of the residential land area and being allocated without proper authority, have not been completed.
The electricity, water infrastructure, and irrigation works are expected to be relocated in September. Localities are urgently completing resettlement areas to soon hand over land to people whose land has been recovered and stabilize their lives.
To date, the total construction value of the entire project has reached 31% of the volume value.
Directly inspecting the site clearance of residential land areas and land for sale without authority in Khac Niem ward, hap Linh (Bac Ninh city), Chi Lang commune (Que Vo town), Mao Dien commune (Thuan Thanh town), Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Vuong Quoc Tuan highly appreciated the spirit of urgency, determination, and responsibility in propaganda and mobilization, dialogue of local Party committees and authorities with projects for site clearance, creating high consensus among all classes of people.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Bac Ninh city, Que Vo town, Thuan Thanh town to hand over the site to the investor before April 22.
At the same time, it is required that Que Vo town get involved more decisively; develop a detailed plan, clear completion progress, and have a frank dialogue with the people in compensation and support for the recovered land; develop a plan to protect construction and speed up the construction progress of resettlement areas, ensuring people's security.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province also requested the Traffic and Agricultural Project Management Board to immediately after receiving the site, be determined to complete the Ring Road 4 project on schedule, ensuring technical and aesthetic standards.
The Prime Minister requested the project to be completed in 2025
The construction project of Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region belongs to the group of important national projects, with a total length of 112.8km (including 58.2km through Hanoi, the remaining 9.7km is the route connecting to Hanoi - Ha Long Expressway and the part passing through Hung Yen and Bac Ninh provinces).
The total preliminary investment of the project is 85,813 billion VND.
The Ring Road 4 project of the Capital Region has 35.3km passing through Bac Ninh, including 4 districts and towns: Bac Ninh City, Thuan Thanh Town and Que Vo, Gia Binh District.
Previously, on September 22, during the working program in Bac Ninh, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh inspected the progress of the investment project to build the Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region through Bac Ninh.
