Details of 6 fireworks display locations to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation

According to the plan, 6 fireworks display locations for the 70th Anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day and the opening of the Red Phuong - Hai Phong Flower Festival 2025 will include 3 high-altitude fireworks display locations mixed with low-altitude fireworks display locations in the Political - Administrative Center Square in the new urban area of Bac Song Cam, Thuy Nguyen City; Ho An Bien Bay area, Ngo Quyen District and the Park area (scoring 500 high-altitude fireworks and 90 low-altitude fireworks display plants/scoring locations) and Vinhomes Vu Yen Urban Area Square, Thuy Nguyen City (scoring 300 high-altitude fireworks, 80 platforms and 500 low-altitude fireworks, 300 spraying tubes).

3 low-altitude fireworks display locations include the yard behind the City Theater, Hong Bang District; the concrete yard in the South, Duong Kinh District Administrative Center and Tien Lang District Stadium. These locations fired 90 low-altitude fireworks displays/shooting point.

The fireworks display time is the evening of May 13. At the Political - Administrative Center Square, there was a 1-minute shot, after the speech of the city leaders; 15 minutes of shooting, 15 minutes before the art program ended. At the remaining locations, shoot for 15 minutes (before the cultural and artistic program ends for 15 minutes).

The City People's Committee assigned the City Military Command to preside over the organization of a cooperation conference, coordinate with the City Police, Departments, branches and localities, unify the deployment and organization of implementation; coordinate with the City Police to organize forces to grasp the situation in the area, deploy security forces, promptly handle possible situations, ensure absolute safety in the preparation and organization of fireworks displays.

The organization of the fireworks display aims to create a vibrant, joyful, and exciting atmosphere of trust among all classes of people in the city and delegates and tourists.
