The Commander of the Commune Military Command does not have to implement the commune-level civil service training regime
The Commander of the Commune Military Command is a commune-level civil servant but does not have to undergo a civil service training regime.
Decree 33/2023/ND-CP regulating commune-level cadres, civil servants and part-time workers at the commune level, in villages and residential groups will officially take effect from August 1, 2023.
According to Decree 33/2023/ND-CP, the Commander of the Military Command is a commune-level civil servant title.
Clause 15, Article 13 of Decree 33/2023/ND-CP stipulates the probationary regime for commune-level civil servants as follows:
- The probationary period for commune-level civil servants is as follows: 12 months for recruited civil servants with university training or higher; 6 months for recruited civil servants with undergraduate training.
Not implementing the probationary regime for the title of Commander of the Commune-level Military Command.
- The recruited person holding the title of commune -level civil servants to complete the apprenticeship regime as prescribed, the President of the commune -level People's Committee requests the President of the district -level People's Committee to decide to recognize the full time of apprenticeship and the salary arrangement for the recruited civil servants.
Thus, the Commander of the Commune Military Command does not need to practice for his position.
