Meanwhile, for contract employees who are responsible for guiding, receiving and returning results, and supporting the implementation of administrative procedures with a university degree or higher.

In addition, it is necessary to have good qualities, ethics, and a high sense of responsibility in performing assigned tasks; have communication style and attitude, and behave Politely, gently, openly, friendfully, in accordance with office culture regulations.

Cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers working at the one-stop department are responsible for receiving and guiding documents, monitoring settlement progress, entering information into the system, supporting online public service provision, and returning results to organizations and individuals. They work during office hours and must ensure continuous operation to serve the people.

Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees at the provincial and commune levels decide on the term of performing tasks of cadres, civil servants and public employees assigned to the one-stop department at all levels, with each period not less than 6 months and not more than 24 months.

Regarding rights, receive training on professional expertise, information technology and behavioral culture, communication with organizations and individuals.

To participate in courses on political theory, state management, foreign languages, IT and other fields at home and abroad according to the provisions of law.

There are salaries, allowances, benefits and other regimes and policies (if any) at the agency sent to the one-stop department.

Based on the nature of work and the actual situation at the agency or unit of standards and norms on machinery and equipment for state agencies, Ministers, heads of agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees at all levels decide according to their authority on equipment and working means of the one-stop department.
