Minister of Public Security offers incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh in Nghe An
Nghe An - On January 12, the working delegation of the Ministry of Public Security and Nghe An province offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and the late Minister of Public Security Tran Quoc Hoan.
The delegation of the Ministry of Public Security was led by Comrade Luong Tam Quang - Politburo member, Minister of Public Security - along with members of the Standing Committee of the Central Public Security Party Committee, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and representatives of departments and affiliated units.

At the Kim Lien Special National Relic Site, Minister Luong Tam Quang and the delegation respectfully offered flowers and incense, expressing their infinite gratitude and deep respect for President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader of our Party and people, the national liberation hero, and an outstanding cultural figure.
In the name of him, the delegation wished to continue to unite, unify, and promote all resources to the highest, contributing to the implementation of comprehensive development goals, bringing the country into a new stage of development.
Then, at Chung Son Temple, the delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh, express gratitude for the merits of relatives, people's families and heroes and martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the People.
Within the framework of the working trip, in Thien Nhan commune, Minister Luong Tam Quang and the delegation offered flowers and incense at the Memorial House of Comrade Tran Quoc Hoan on the occasion of the 110th anniversary of the Minister's death (January 23, 1616 - January 23, 2026).
The delegates expressed their respect and deep gratitude for his great contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party, the nation, the work of building the People's Public Security force and his hometown Nghe An.
Comrade Tran Quoc Hoan, birth name Nguyen Trong Canh, was born on January 23, 1916, in Duong Lieu village, Nam Duong commune, now Thien Nhan commune, Nghe An province. He soon discovered the revolution and was admitted to the Indochinese Communist Party in 1934 when he was only 18 years old. As an excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh, he held many important responsibilities of the Party and State, was a member of the Party Central Committee for more than 30 years, and a Politburo member for more than 20 years.
