Appointment of Commander of Commune-level Military Commands in Ninh Binh, Bac Ninh, Ca Mau

On January 13, the Government Electronic Information Portal reported that the Standing Committee of the Ca Mau Provincial Military Party Committee held a conference to announce and hand over the Decision on the transfer and appointment of the Commander of the Commune-level Military Command (CHQS).

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee announced and presented decisions on the transfer and appointment of 64 officers to the position of Commander of the Military Command of communes and wards.

This is an important round of training for grassroots military cadres, aiming to continue to consolidate and improve the quality of local defense and military tasks in the new situation.

On January 12, the Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Military Party Committee held a conference to announce and hand over the decision to appoint the Commander of the Military Command of the commune and ward.

At the conference, delegates heard the announcement of Decision No. 01/QD-QK1 of Military Region 1 on the temporary appointment of 99 officers to hold the position of Commander of the Military Commands of communes and wards of Bac Ninh province.

Also on January 12, the Party Committee - Ninh Binh Provincial Military Command held a conference to announce the decision to reorganize the Military Command of the commune and ward and hand over personnel decisions to cadres under the Ninh Binh Provincial Military Command.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Military Party Committee announced the decision of the Minister of National Defense on reorganizing the Military Command of communes, wards and special zones under the Military Command of provinces and cities and the Hanoi Capital Command, Ho Chi Minh City Command; the Decision of the Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army on promulgating the organization and staffing documents of the Military Command of communes, wards and special zones.

The conference also announced and presented the decision of the Military Region 3 Command on the temporary appointment of 129 officers to hold the position of Commander of the Military Commands of communes and wards in Ninh Binh province.

In Quang Ngai, the Quang Ngai Provincial Military Command is continuing to coordinate with the Quang Ngai Department of Home Affairs to review the number of civil servants holding the positions of the Commune-level Military Command who are aspirational, meet the criteria of politics, professional qualifications, health, age, and age limit for military recruitment according to regulations.

Advising the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to dismiss the current positions of commander, deputy commander, and assistant to the Military Command at the commune level.

Propose policies and regimes for grassroots defense officers and civil servants who are not eligible for military service.

Personnel work must be carried out synchronously with ensuring full and timely regimes and policies for the military rear.

Select and arrange cadres with strong political will, good moral qualities; qualifications, working capacity, prestige and the ability to advise, lead, and command to introduce and mobilize to the grassroots.
