5. The Department of Students (on the basis of merging the Department of Physical Education and the Department of Political Education and student work into the Department of Students).
6. The Legal Department (maintained).
7. Department of Organization and Personnel (maintain).
8. Department of Planning - Finance (on the basis of merging the Department of Planning - Finance and the Department of Infrastructure into the Department of Planning - Finance).
9. Office (maintained).
10. Inspectorate (keeping).
11. Department of Teachers and Educational Managers (maintained).
12. Department of Quality Management (maintain).
13. Department of Science, Technology and Information (on the basis of merging the Department of Science, Technology and Environment and the Department of Information Technology into the Department of Science, Technology and Information).
14. Department of International Cooperation ( maintained).
15. The Department of Vocational Education and Continuing Education (on the basis of reorganizing the General Department of Vocational Education and the Department of Continuing Education into the Department of Vocational Education and Continuing Education).
