The Secretariat has set a deadline for final handling of any remaining violations in personnel work in the past.

On behalf of the Secretariat and Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu has just signed and issued Conclusion No. 232-KL/TW in 2026 of the Secretariat on handling existing violations in personnel work.

In this conclusion, the Secretariat stated that in the past, there were still a number of agencies, units and localities that were not resolute, avoiding, not focusing on reviewing and fully implementing the requirements in the conclusions of the Secretariat, leading to a number of outstanding and prolonged violations that have not been completely handled and remedied, affecting the arrangement, arrangement, restructuring and improving the quality of the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees.

- Violations occurred before December 28, 2017, have fully met standards and conditions but have not been handled or remedied according to the conclusions of the Secretariat (364 cases).

- The handling and remediation process has been processed and remedied according to the conclusions of the Secretariat, but the time to complete the handling and remediation process is delayed according to regulations (there are 3 cases).

The Secretariat requires the handling and remediation of existing problems to ensure compliance with the policies and conclusions of the Secretariat, to be completed before March 31, 2026.

Party committees, party organizations, leadership groups, and heads are required to strengthen leadership and direction:

- Strictly implement Party regulations and State laws and specify processes and procedures on personnel work, strictly ensure; focus on handling and completely overcoming existing violations in personnel work and recruitment work at agencies and units under management before March 31, 2026, in accordance with the policies and conclusions of the Secretariat.

After the above deadline, do not consider handling outstanding violations; at the same time, stop paying salaries in cases where relevant decisions must be canceled or revoked.
