Bac Ninh agrees to merge nearly 160ha industrial park
Bac Ninh - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued an official dispatch on merging Noi Hoang industrial cluster into Song Khe - Noi Hoang industrial park.
Official dispatch sent to the Departments: Construction, Finance, Agriculture and Environment, Industry and Trade; Management Board of Bac Ninh Industrial Parks; People's Committee of Tien Phong Ward; Viet Uc Steel Joint Stock Company; Enterprises in Noi Hoang Industrial Cluster.
The document stated that the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province agreed with the proposal of the Department of Construction in document No. 25.12.2025, thereby agreeing to merge Noi Hoang industrial cluster into Song Khe - Noi Hoang industrial cluster and adjust the name of Noi Hoang industrial cluster to Song Khe - Noi Hoang - Sub-zone 2 (area of about 61.4ha) to ensure compliance with the approved higher-level planning.
Assign the above Departments and branches according to their functions and tasks to guide Viet Uc Steel Joint Stock Company to complete related procedures in accordance with the correct procedures and regulations of law (regarding investment, land, adjusting the name of the industrial park into an industrial park; procedures for abolishing, establishing industrial parks and clusters...) to submit to competent authorities for appraisal and approval.
Song Khe - Noi Hoang Industrial Park (Tien Phong Ward, Bac Ninh Province), with an area of nearly 160 hectares, the investor is Bac Giang Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company.
According to the investor's report, this industrial park currently has an occupancy rate of 100%.
According to Resolution No. 147, dated July 15, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee on Industrial Development of Bac Giang province (old), now Bac Ninh province, in the period of 2021-2030, the province will merge 6 industrial clusters into industrial parks.
Including industrial clusters: Tan Hung, Tang Tien, Noi Hoang, Cau Go, Trai Ba, Duc Thang.
The merger of industrial clusters into industrial parks creates favorable conditions for state management and attracts secondary enterprises to invest. Currently, the state management of industrial clusters belongs to the Department of Industry and Trade, while industrial parks are managed by the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board.
