Bac Kan issues urgent document to collect opinions on merging provinces and arranging communes
Bac Kan - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued an urgent document related to the plan to organize a public consultation on the Project to merge provinces and reorganize commune-level administrative units.
Accordingly, organize the collection of opinions from voters who are representatives of households in the province according to Conclusion No. 137 - KL/TW; Plan No. 234/KH-UBND; Resolution No. 74/NQ-CP and approve the People's Council on the Project to reorganize commune-level administrative units in Bac Kan province, Project to reorganize and merge provincial-level administrative units.
Seek voters' opinions on the content of administrative unit arrangement, new commune names, and new headquarters locations. Project to reorganize and merge provinces, names of new provinces, and headquarters.
The time for collecting opinions and posting voter lists is from April 11 to April 19. Organize a consultation from April 17 to April 19. Synthesize and report to the Provincial People's Committee before April 21.
