The work of civil status and judicial support focuses on promoting decentralization and delegation. Complete 100% of the transfer of digitized household data to the National Electronic hociature Database. Implement a 9-day and night peak period to clean up marriage data and implement a reduction in procedures for confirming marital status in the province.

The work of mediation at the grassroots level reached 82.2% (exceeding the set plan), continuing to affirm the practical effectiveness of mediation at the grassroots level in resolving conflicts and disputes among the people, contributing to maintaining social stability early, from the grassroots level.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phong suggested that the provincial Justice sector continue to focus on advising on concretizing and effectively implementing the Central Resolutions on the work of building and perfecting the socialist rule of law state; improving the quality of advice, ensuring that institutions must take the lead, paving the way for development; innovating the thinking of law-making, shifting from "management by law" to "creating development institutions".

Strengthen the inspection, review, and systematization of legal documents; promptly detect and propose handling of conflictive, overlapping regulations that are no longer suitable for practice. Continue to promote administrative reform, judicial reform; accelerate and implement comprehensive digital transformation in the Judiciary.

At the same time, focus on developing high-quality judicial human resources with strong ethics, political courage, deep expertise, legal knowledge, and technology proficiency, especially at the grassroots level.
