In addition, the Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command noted that for citizens who are eligible but have not yet been proposed for military service in 2026, local Party committees and authorities need to clearly report the reasons, strictly manage youth resources, do a good job of propaganda and education, and create consensus among the people.
