Lao Dong Newspaper presents 208 gifts to children in flooded areas of Yen Bai

On the Gala night celebrating the 4th anniversary of the establishment of the Northwest Provincial Police Department, Lao Dong Newspaper launched the program "Warm Tet for children" and donated 20.8 million VND to Yen Bai province.

On January 16 and 17, 2025, Lao Dong Newspaper coordinated with the People's Committee of Yen Bai province and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Yen Bai province to present 208 gifts worth VND208 million (each gift worth VND1 million in cash) to children in ethnic minority areas in Lang Nhi commune, Tram Tau district and Che Tao commune, Mu Cang Chai district.

These are 2 disadvantaged communes in a poor district of Yen Bai province - heavily affected by the recent storm No. 3.
