Establishing another grassroots trade union in Thai Nguyen
Thai Nguyen - The establishment of grassroots trade unions helps ensure the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
The Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation has just organized a Conference to announce decisions on admitting union members, establishing grassroots trade unions and recognizing the executive committee of the grassroots trade union of Hiep Phat Metal Packaging Joint Stock Company term I, term 2026 - 2030.
Attending the conference were Ms. Hoang Thi Minh Huong - Member of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Trade Union of Region I; company leaders, union members and workers.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Hoang Thi Minh Huong congratulated the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union and union members.
At the same time, it is proposed that the executive committee soon develop operating regulations, grasp the thoughts and aspirations of employees, coordinate with businesses to effectively implement regimes and policies and organize effective emulation movements.
