At TERA SURPLUS Vietnam Co., Ltd., worker Nguyen Thi Hong Suong said that the concern from the Trade Union and businesses helps workers have more faith when facing difficulties. According to her, the Trade Union organization regularly grasping circumstances, visiting and supporting not only helps workers materially but also creates a feeling of being accompanied in the working process and life.

Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh said that caring for union members and workers is a xuyên suốt task of the Trade Union organization, in which priority is given to people in difficult circumstances and policy families.

On the occasion of National Day September 2nd, the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation presented 150 gifts to union members and workers at 3 enterprises, each worth 900,000 VND. This activity continues the care programs that the Trade Union regularly implements throughout the year, not only focusing on holidays and Tet.

According to Mr. Phuc Linh, in the coming time, Vinh Long Trade Union will continue to coordinate with businesses, levels, and sectors to better care for the lives of union members and workers, especially those in difficult circumstances who belong to policy families.

In addition to material support, the Trade Union will strengthen grasping the thoughts and aspirations, promptly protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers. The Trade Union also continues to accompany and support grassroots trade unions, coordinate with sectors and levels to create favorable conditions for businesses to operate effectively, thereby contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

According to the leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation, although the gifts and greetings cannot solve all difficulties, they have great motivational significance, helping workers feel more clearly the sharing and companionship of the Trade Union organization.
