Ho Chi Minh City - Ngai Giao Commune Trade Union announces and awards decisions to establish 4 new grassroots trade unions, introduces digital libraries to union members and workers.
On August 24, Ngai Giao Commune Trade Union (HCMC) said that it had organized a trade union work handover conference, announced and awarded decisions to establish new grassroots trade unions (CĐCS) in the area.
In the conference, Ngai Giao Commune Trade Union assessed the results achieved in the past time; exchanged directions and key tasks for the coming time. At the same time, announced and awarded decisions to establish 4 grassroots trade unions at units including: Kim Ngoc Trading Development Co., Ltd.; Nghia Thanh Vien Dong Joint Stock Company Branch in Vung Tau; Ngai Giao Commune Construction Investment Project Management Board; Chau Duc Commune Construction Investment Project Management Board with a total of 98 union members.
According to Ngai Giao Commune Trade Union, the establishment of grassroots trade unions and the development of new union members mark a new step in the work of gathering, caring for, representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers at enterprises.
Notably, the program also introduces the deployment of the Ngai Giao Trade Union Digital Library to units, union members and workers. Thereby contributing to promoting digital transformation, bringing legal information, policies and practical documents to union members and workers quickly, conveniently and more modernly.
