Establishing two more grassroots trade unions in Thai Nguyen

On the afternoon of May 7, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation organized the announcement of the decision to admit union members and establish the grassroots trade union of TNG Land Joint Stock Company.

Accordingly, 40 employees of TNG Land Joint Stock Company have been admitted to the trade union organization.

Leaders of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation requested grassroots trade unions to soon stabilize their organization, promote their representative role, care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; accompany businesses to build harmonious, stable and sustainable labor relations.

The establishment of grassroots trade unions at TNG Land Joint Stock Company continues to affirm the role of trade union organizations in enterprises, contributing to building an increasingly strong workforce.

Previously, on May 5, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation also announced the decision to establish a grassroots trade union of Lichuang II Vina Co., Ltd. and admit 70 trade union members.

Representatives of businesses expressed their agreement and commitment to closely coordinate with grassroots trade unions to better care for the material and spiritual lives of workers, contributing to promoting sustainable business development.
