Establish additional grassroots trade unions, admitting 1,369 union members in Ninh Binh

At the conference, the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) announced the decision to admit 1,369 union members and establish the Grassroots Trade Union of Fabi Secret Vietnam Co., Ltd. Mr. Nguyen Hai Long - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial LĐLĐ - presented the decision, flowers to congratulate the newly established Grassroots Trade Union Executive Committee and encouraged officials and union members of the company.

On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation presented 50 gifts to support union members in difficult circumstances, showing the practical concern and care of the trade union organization for workers.

Also at the conference, a ceremony was held to sign the coordination regulations between the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.

The establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Fabi Secret Vietnam Co., Ltd. with 1,369 union members is an important premise to promote the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers and accompanying businesses in the process of sustainable development.
