Establishing 5 grassroots trade unions in Duong Kinh ward, Hai Phong
Hai Phong - On the morning of August 6, Duong Kinh Ward Trade Union held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish 5 grassroots trade unions.
At the ceremony, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation announced the decision to establish 5 grassroots trade unions: Hai Phong Tech Co., Ltd., Nam Phong Trading and Construction Service Co., Ltd., Minh Anh Food Processing Joint Stock Company, Hong Sheng Shoe Material Co., Ltd., PVC Truong Thuan Plastic Production and Trading Co., Ltd. At the same time, it decided to admit 69 workers from 5 units who are members of the Vietnam Trade Union.
Presenting decisions and flowers to congratulate newly established grassroots trade unions, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Anh - Vice President of the City Labor Federation praised the achievements of Duong Kinh Ward Trade Union in mobilizing union member development and establishing grassroots trade unions. From the beginning of 2026 to now, the Ward Trade Union has established 8 grassroots trade unions, exceeding the assigned targets.
After the grassroots trade union establishment conference, Duong Kinh Ward Trade Union guided newly established units to quickly complete regulations and develop operating programs. At the same time, focus on professional training for grassroots trade union officials, aiming to better care for and protect the rights and interests of union members.
Also at the program, Duong Kinh Ward Trade Union organized a training class on trade union financial work in 2026.
