300 Khanh Hoa trade union officials receive professional training to meet new requirements
Khanh Hoa - Trade union officials are equipped with operating skills, meeting the requirements of innovation in organization and operation in the new situation.
On August 6 and 7, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) organized a training conference and professional development for trade union officials in 2026.
Participating in the training class were 300 full-time trade union officials, ward trade union officials, key grassroots trade union officials newly elected in localities in the North Khanh Hoa region and the Trade Union of Khanh Viet Corporation.
According to Mr. Nguyen Huu Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, the training class aims to equip and update knowledge, skills and operating methods for trade union officials at all levels.
Thereby, helping trade union officials to master professional skills, improve their advisory capacity to the standing committee and executive committee of the trade union in deploying tasks, contributing to building a strong trade union organization.
The training content is built in a practical direction, closely following practical requirements, focusing on solving new problems arising and difficulties and obstacles in grassroots trade union activities.
In the program, trainees were thoroughly grasped the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026 - 2031 and the Resolution of the 1st Khanh Hoa Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
In addition, the topics focus on skills in dialogue, negotiation, signing and monitoring the implementation of collective labor agreements;
Guide trade unions to participate in protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; update new regulations of the Trade Union Law and the system of policies related to workers.
Trade union officials are also trained in knowledge of inspection, supervision, legal advice, and complaint and denunciation resolution.
At the same time, improve skills in implementing activities to improve working conditions and prevent labor accidents at enterprises.
According to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, training and fostering officials is always identified as a regular task to standardize the contingent of trade union officials at all levels.
In the context that the trade union organization is strongly innovating in content and methods of operation, improving the capacity of the grassroots cadre team will contribute to improving the effectiveness of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
