Establishment of grassroots trade union with 213 union members in Hoa Lu ward
Ninh Binh - On August 5, Hoa Lu Ward Trade Union organized a conference to announce the decision to establish the grassroots trade union of Xuan Thanh Hospitality Co., Ltd. with 213 union members.
At the ceremony, Hoa Lu Ward Trade Union announced the decision to establish the grassroots trade union of Xuan Thanh Hospitality Co., Ltd. and the decision to recognize the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union for the term 2026 - 2030.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Hai Long - Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation requested the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union of Xuan Thanh Hospitality Co., Ltd. to promote the spirit of solidarity, innovate the content and methods of operation; well perform the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
At the same time, the Company's grassroots trade union needs to closely coordinate with businesses, strengthen dialogue, build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of workers and promoting production and business activities.
