The grassroots trade union is very interested in the work of developing union members. The Trade Union Executive Committee organizes periodic meetings, reviews work in each period, and at the same time proposes operating directions in the following period, so the unit does not have complaints or strikes.

Also according to Mr. Le Van Quyet, affiliated trade unions have well demonstrated their role in participating with the same-level government in managing areas of operation in agencies and units, from professional activities, production to caring for material and spiritual life, implementing regimes and policies, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers.

The role of the Trade Union is clearly shown and promoted well in all aspects of work, and is actively responded to and participated in by officials, union members, and workers, who always trust and support the trade union. The trade union organization has been consolidated and developed, making an important contribution to the completion of the unit's political tasks," said Mr. Le Van Quyet.
